Urban Servv is a home services platform that connects customers with verified independent technicians for home repair and maintenance. Urban Servv acts as an intermediary and facilitates the booking process.

We do not directly employ technicians. All service providers are independent professionals who have been verified and onboarded by Urban Servv.

A visiting charge is collected at the time of booking confirmation. The amount varies by service type and is shown before checkout. This charge covers the technician's travel and on-site inspection.

The visiting charge is adjusted against the final service bill if you proceed with the repair/service. You are not obligated to proceed with the service after the inspection.

All prices displayed on our platform are estimates. The final price is determined after the technician performs an on-site inspection and provides a formal quote.

You are not required to accept the quote. If you decline, you only pay the visiting charge.

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment at the time of service completion.

• Provide accurate address and contact details at the time of booking.
• Ensure that an adult (18+) is present at the address during the service.
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance or area to be serviced.
• Inform Urban Servv of any known hazards at the premises.

Urban Servv provides a service warranty of up to 6 months (as specified per service) on workmanship. Warranty covers defects in the repair work itself and does not cover issues arising from misuse, damage by third parties, or part failures unrelated to our service.

Urban Servv's liability is limited to the cost of the service paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

While we take every precaution, Urban Servv is not liable for any damage to property caused during service unless directly attributable to verifiable negligence by our technician.

All content on the Urban Servv platform - including text, images, logos, and software - is the intellectual property of Urban Servv. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Your use of Urban Servv is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Koraput, Odisha.

Urban Servv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
